SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Locations
We currently are shipping within Canada based on applicable laws.  We are not shipping to any locations outside of Canada at this time.  If you have questions concerning whether your location is currently served, please send us an e-mail at [email protected] with your location and the products in which you are interested.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. We ship on Mondays or Thursdays of every week (excluding statutory holidays). The following forms of payment are currently accepted by resolveCBD: Visa, Mastercard & E-transfer.

Orders processed during special events (sales, promotions, holiday periods) generally result in much larger fulfillment volumes and orders may take longer than usual to process. (2-4 business days of receipt).

Shipping Method
We currently ship all orders through Canada Post and Shippie. Free shipping (Canada Post Regular Parcel, Shippie, or other carriers) is offered on all orders of $79 or more before any applicable taxes. We cannot be held responsible for any Canada Post or other carrier shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding.
Important Notice: Due to the Canada Post disruption, there may be continued delays on orders shipped by Canada Post. Please note this may result in longer than expected delivery times. We are working hard to fulfil all delayed and on-hold orders due to the Canada Post strike. We are committed to minimizing any disruptions and ensuring your package reaches you as quickly as possible.

Product Returns
Please note we do not offer full refunds or exchanges for online purchases. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order as all sales are final. If you receive a product that is damaged, please let us know within 5 days and a case will be opened for investigation.  Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team and a credit or replacement product will be provided where appropriate.  Replacement products will only be sent in the case of defective items. resolveCBD reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation to be issued (credit or replacement) on a case-by-case basis.
