Why CBD Oil?
CBD Oil is a convenient way to consume CBD sublingually (under the tongue), for a direct, fast acting effect. When consumed sublingually, CBD absorbs through the membranes in the mouth and directly into the bloodstream, as opposed to passing through the digestive system first when ingested in edible form (such as capsules or gummies).
What's The Diff?
Why Full Spectrum CBD Oil?
CBD oil comes in three forms: full spectrum, broad spectrum, and isolate. Full spectrum CBD oil is the most preferred form of CBD oil as it contains all 100+ helpful cannabinoids found in the hemp plant.
The body is able to benefit from the entire plant, known as the Entourage Effect. When derived from hemp, full spectrum CBD will contain less than 0.3% THC content - not enough to impair or get the user high. Broad spectrum CBD oil is CBD oil that contains all cannabinoids except THC.
This is beneficial for those who do not want to consume any THC whatsoever. CBD isolate contains only CBD with no additional cannabinoids. In both broad spectrum CBD and CBD isolate, the body will not benefit from the Entourage Effect due to the absence of certain cannabinoids. Check out our blog post here for more information.
Decisions, Decisions
Natural vs. Peppermint
resolveCBD offers two flavours of CBD: Classic peppermint and Natural flavour-free oil. If you enjoy adding CBD oil to your food or drinks, Natural is a better choice to maintain the integrity of the flavours of your food and drinks. If you are sensitive to taste, you may enjoy Classic peppermint, which helps mask the earthy taste of CBD.
